Check your inbox and spam folder for the download email from PXL Supply Co. If it is not there, email support@pxlsupply.co with your order number and we will send it again.
My file won't open?
If you are having trouble extracting your ZIP file, email support@pxlsupply.co and we will help you get it open.

When will I be charged for my order?
You are charged right after checkout. Your statement will show a transaction from PXL Supply Co.
Are there any fees?
No. There are never any extra fees at checkout for digital downloads.
